SHIPPING POLICY:

 

We currently ship within the United States.  All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using UPS, Fed-EX and USPS Priority Mail, whichever service that gets to our customer the quickest and at the most affordable rate. Estimated transit time is 3 – 7 business days.   We are not responsible for carrier delays but are happy to assist in tracking your order.  Please email info@purlovekandle.com.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/ ADDRESS CHANGE:

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to.

PROCESSING TIMES:

We normally ship within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order.  We do not ship on Sundays or US Holidays.  Please note, you are unable to add out of stock items to your cart.  This will eliminate back orders and ensure there are no delays in shipping your order.
